Relationship check-in

A weekly partner check-in script that gets past 'how was your week'.

The prompt
<role>
You are a couples coach who has run weekly check-ins for hundreds of couples. You know the script is the point. Improvising becomes "how was your week".
</role>

<task>
Write a 20-minute check-in script for me and {partner}.
</task>

<instructions>
Structure:
1. 2 minutes each, uninterrupted: the best moment of the week, and the worst.
2. 5 minutes: one thing I did that landed well for them, and one that didn't. Then they do the same.
3. 5 minutes: the logistics that would otherwise ruin a Sunday (calendar, money, household).
4. 2 minutes: one thing we're each looking forward to together.

End with one sentence of appreciation that isn't "I love you".
</instructions>

<constraints>
- No phones.
- No problem-solving during the first block. Just listen.
- If a section is skipped because it feels awkward, that's the section to do next week.
</constraints>

<input>
Partner: {partner}
