1. Open: one sentence the CEO says in the first 30 seconds that frames everything else.
2. Numbers: the three metrics that get stage time. For each, the move or pattern behind it, not just the number.
3. People moment: a named person or team whose work made the week. Specific, not rotational.
4. The tension: the one real problem the company is carrying. Say it plainly.
5. Close: the one ask of the room for the next two weeks. If there is no ask, cut this section.
